Showroom Order: Place an order while visiting the showroom. Items are generally available for immediate purchase.
Order Limitations: Please do not add items to your order that cannot be shipped to your locality. PAYMENT OPTIONS
Check/Money Order Payment: Payment by check or money order is acceptable. Make payments payable to PinStripes and PolkaDots. Mail payment to: PinStripes and PolkaDots, 122 Magoun St, Bloomington, IL 61701. Please allow for your check to clear before the order is sent. Orders for which payment has not been received within 2 weeks will be canceled. Product selections are not guaranteed until payment is received.
Credit Card Payment: We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
Paypal: Use Paypal to make a bank transfer or credit card payment with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. Please send Paypal payments to info@pinstripesandpolkadots.com
SALES TAX
Merchandise bought and/or received in Illinois is by law subject to Illinois Sales Tax. Illinois sales tax rate is currently 7.75%.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Carriers: Enjoy choosing your best shipping option through US Mail (USPS) or Fed Ex shipping on all orders to the US. The new shopping cart will automatically calculate and give you options based on the weight of your order. You will need to select each carrier to view their different rates.
Shipping by FedEx: If choosing FedEx you need to include a physical mailing address. If a P.O. Box is used for billing, please include a physical address also .
Economy Shipping: Free Economy Shipping is available as a courtesy to orders over $75.00. Orders taking advantage of Economy shipping will be shipped in the most economical manner. Please be sure to choose the Economy Shipping option on the shipping screen during checkout. The cart will not automatically assume you want the economy shipping; rather, the cart allows you to choose the way we ship your items.
Time: PinStripes and PolkaDots wants you to have your diaper supplies as soon as possible. We currently seek to ship orders within 1-3 business days from receipt of payment. Orders paid with personal check will ship after payment has cleared.
APO Addresses: Packages sent to APO addresses should allow a week for orders to ship plus actual transit time.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Carrier: PinStripes and PolkaDots will ship internationally by US Mail. The shopping cart can easily calculate the International Shipping Charges. When you come to the shipping screen choose USPS for your shipping carrier and it will show you your International Shipping options.
Time: International shipments should allow a week for orders to ship plus actual transit time. Realize that the times given for delivery by USPS are not guaranteed; it is not unusual during peak times of the year for a package to take an entire week longer than stated.

RETURNS
Merchandise may be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days. Items must be returned in NEW (unused, unwashed) condition and restocking fees may apply. Items purchased from Callie's Closet, the resale side of the shop, are not eligible for return.
